The architectural proposal was formulated based on the principles of bioclimatic design, with respect to the special character and history of the island and with loan references to the local architecture, avoiding the incorporation of artificial traditional standards. The modules of classrooms and laboratories are separated both morphologically and through the materials of their construction in relation to social and administrative spaces. The surrounding area is organized into sections: court-gathering area, rest area, games-sports area, event area, entrance area.
