The study concerns the construction of five stone-built houses in an off-plan area, at the location "Agios Athanasios" in the former Municipal District of Arias, in Nafplio. Each house is developed on three levels (basement, ground floor and floor), while it is placed with a north - south direction, aiming at the best possible exploitation of the view of the parcel. In the surrounding area, the natural soil is maintained with the ultimate purpose of smooth integration into the natural landscape of the wider area, while the accesses to the houses are adapted to the gentle slope of the natural relief.
