The object of the study is the conversionof the building complex of the old silk factory, between the streets of Meg. Alexandrou, Myleros, Leonidou and Yatrakou, for the installation of various cultural activities of the municipality of Athens. The complex includes a library - Electronic Information Center, an exhibition area, a children's multipurpose and Information Department, a multipurpose room and administration areas. The restoration study attempts to restore the building to its original form, through a modern and distinct modern intervention.
