The plan view of the building has an orthogonal shape with the exception of a semi-circular part, forming an L shape. The plan dimensions of each side are 25.0m, 8.0m 22.0m and 10.75m. The building consists of one-floor steel structure with reinforced concrete slabs, while brick masonry is regarded for both exterior and interior walls. Finally, clays with natural grass planting are included between a perimetric masonry walls and the last floor as well.
