The plan view of the building is a synthesis of different diameters' circles located along a central circle which constitutes the internal atrium of the project. The grid derived from the aforementioned circle centers has dimensions 16.70m x 25.85m. The building consists of one-floor steel structure with reinforced concrete slabs, while brick masonry is regarded for both exterior and interior walls. Finally, clays with natural grass planting are included between a perimetric  masonry walls and the last floor as well.
