The architectural synthesis consists of three main volumes, while four structures are designed.
The structural system of part A, which has 500 m² plan view, consists of 18.75m span steel frames placed every 5m with one level of 9m height. The structural system of the rest three structures consists of a combination of reinforced concrete elements (frames and shear walls), located in 5m grid. A pre-stressed concrete beam is constructed for a part of the structural system with high span length demands.
