The project consists of six structurally independent buildings. All of them have four floors, except the last one which has one level, while the mechanical facilities are placed at the top. The structure is constructed by reinforced concrete, while raft foundation and Zoellner slabs are implemented. Furthermore, steel structures are used mostly for the roofs, while steel trusses connect two buildings. Retaining walls are constructed at the surrounding area. Finally, for the road traffic two reinforced concrete technical works are designed.
