For the load-carrying structure formulation the brick masonry along the perimeter and one more as well, upon which timber trusses will be supported, will be strengthened via cast or reinforced concrete jacket. Furthermore, for the electro-mechanical facilities installation a two-floor steel structure is constructed, through which the trusses will be inserted. The steel structure's stiffness should be in compliance with the masonry's one, due to the fact that both the masonry and the steel structure are structurally independent while the trusses will lie on them.
