The greater part of the building is constructed by reinforced concrete using conventional methods, apart from the concert hall which is a steel structure due to the long span.
The reinforced concrete structure, including a mixed framed structural system, is placed in 7.20m grid. The long spans require a Sandwich floor system, that will also serve the soundproofing need. The concert hall structure is a steel bolted structure of variable span (maximum 22m). The long-span beams are CELLULAR type, i.e. H cross-sections with circular holes on the web for reducing the self weight and making easy the electro-mechanical facilities installation.
