The building consists of two underground and five above ground reinforced concrete floors. The structural system is formed through a composition of columns-shear walls. The basements are constructed in watertight basin, taking into account the high groundwater level, while spread foundation is implemented. Seismic actions are adequately sustained by the shear walls, therefore possible cracks during dynamic excitation will be easily repairable.
