The project refers to the structural check of the existing listed two-floor building in Syros, as well as to the restoration proposal aiming to its reuse as a tradition products exhibition store. The building consists of load carrying masonry, timber floors and timber roof. The restoration proposal includes mass homogenization grouting for the masonry and increase of the floor stiffness via sea-land flooring installation.
