This project's objective is the restoration of the listed "Tzotzas" building. The structural system consists of stone masonry and timber-framed masonry, timber roof and floos. The strengthening proposal includes mass homogenization via grouting, increase of floor stiffness via sea-land flooring, construction of new timber frames for the seismic loads resistance and use of FRP materials for the tensile forces transfer.
