The bridge is part of the Chios-Mestoi road as an overpass of the Chios-Karfas road.
The total width of the deck is 11.15m, consisting of three spans of lengths 20+46+20m, while the piers’ height is 12m.
The bridge structural system is comprised of a pre-stressed two-box-girder deck with external cantilever beams, supported on solid piers, which are founded on a superficial foundation.
The bridge is constructed through conventional formwork.
