The existing reinforced concrete Municipal Theatre in Volos, constructed in the late 60's, consists of two structurally independent buildings, the auditorium building and stage one. The auditorium building has plan view of dimensions 37m x 38m with three levels and one basement, while the stage building has five levels with plan view dimensions approximately 15m x 20m.  The buildings are reinforced via concrete jacket and FRP laminates.
